- Passport Validity: It is required that your passport be valid for a period of at least six months beyond the date of your entry.
- Proof of Travel: You must have proof of onward/return travel (flight ticket) and proof of funds for stay in the country.

Yes, absolutely, and it is compulsory for all EurotourClub guests. Medical facilities are very rudimentary on most of the islands, and evacuations are often required.
- Medical & Evacuation: You must include medical evacuation by air to either Australia or New Zealand. This is not open for negotiation.
- Activity Coverage: It should specifically include volcano trekking, hiking, scuba diving (including wreck diving), and all water sports.
- Natural Disasters: The country is a cyclone area. Trip delay/cancellation insurance may include coverage for severe weather.
The habit of tipping is not a custom. However, the tourism industry values it because it is a way of appreciating good service.
- Resorts & Restaurants: Nothing is expected. Service charge may be included at larger resorts.
- Guides and Drivers: A daily tip for the guide in a multi-day excursion could be as much as 1,000 to 2,000 VUV (around $8 to $17 USD), and for the driver, half that amount.
- Village Visits: It is much better to offer a small group gift to the head of the village. This can be arranged through your guide.

- Remote Islands: You will find very little, if any, connectivity on an island like Tanna or Pentecost. Enjoy your off-grid experience.

- Availability: Availability is good around Port Vila and Luganville, but it is very poor or nonexistent out in the rural areas of the outlying islands.
