Travel to Kata Tjuta, also known as The Olgas, a remarkable group of 36 rounded rock formations rising from the desert. Walk into Walpa Gorge with your leader as the walls of Kata Tjuta tower beside the track. Later, return to the Uluru area and visit the Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre for a deeper look at First Nations culture, stories and connection to Country. In the afternoon, follow the Kuniya Walk to Mutitjulu Waterhole at the base of Uluru, where your leader will explain the site's importance to the Anangu people. Tonight, you may choose to visit Field of Light, an outdoor art installation that scatters thousands of glowing stems across the desert.
