The itinerary reaches beyond the big cities, so you should be comfortable with simpler accommodation and a less polished travel environment at times.

The yurt stay and homestay are part of the experience, not side notes. Facilities can be shared, comfort levels may be basic and routines may feel different from home, but those nights bring you closer to the people and landscapes that make the trip memorable.

Time in Tashkent is limited, so travelers who want to dig deeper into museums, restaurants, Soviet-era architecture or the metro may want to arrive early or stay longer after the group tour ends.

Visa information is provided by Sherpa, a trusted third-party. The “Add connection” feature only shows transit visa requirements and does not cover full entry visas. U.S. citizens traveling to Italy for stays under 90 days typically do not need a tourist visa. Additional service fees may apply if you choose to purchase a visa through Sherpa. Accommodation includes 6 hotel nights, 1 night in a yurt camp and 1 night in a homestay. Hotels are practical and comfortable for the route, while the yurt and homestay are simpler, more communal and more connected to local life.

Occasionally, accommodation may change due to availability, with a similar standard used where possible. Rooms are generally twin share unless noted otherwise. Shared bathrooms may be used in some places, especially at the yurt camp or homestay.

At homestays, rooming can be flexible. Travelers may share with people of other genders or with the group leader, and beds may be mattresses, pull-out couches or simple local-style sleeping arrangements. Some properties may have limited facilities, cold water or no private bathroom.

If you booked an arrival transfer through EurotourClub, send your flight details no later than 14 days before departure. Standard-class arrivals should pass passport control, collect luggage and look for the airport taxi counter in the main hall, where a representative will help direct you to your driver.

Business-class passengers arriving with Uzbek Airways exit from a different area. Before your flight, send a WhatsApp message to +998 93 505 85 33 stating that you are arriving business class, so the driver can meet you at the correct exit. If your flight is delayed, luggage is lost or you cannot find the driver, contact the local emergency number listed in your trip documents.
