KATHMANDU TEMPLES, MOUNTAINS, JUNGLE NIGHTS

Himalayan Valleys and Jungle Evenings

This 9-day Nepal journey moves through the country's softer contrasts: Kathmandu's sacred courtyards, hilltop sunsets in Nagarkot, quiet lake air in Pokhara and warm jungle nights near Chitwan.

It is a polished, easygoing trip for travelers who want comfort, culture and wildlife without rushing past the people and places that make Nepal linger in your head.

Why you'll love this trip

  • Kathmandu Up Close
Explore royal squares, sacred temples, Buddhist stupas and living artistic traditions with a local leader.
  • Nepali Cooking Roots

Trip moments from our travelers
Before you book you should know
Is this trip right for you?
This trip is a good match if you want Nepal with comfort, variety and a real sense of place. You will move between city streets, hill country, lakeside Pokhara and Chitwan's jungle edge, so expect changing scenery and a few travel days along the way.

Road conditions in Nepal can be slow and bumpy, especially between regions. The tradeoff is worth it, but bring patience, a flexible mood and a small day bag for longer drives.

Chitwan wildlife sightings are never guaranteed. The safari activities are about the whole landscape: birds, river life, forest sounds, local villages and the possibility of bigger animals when nature decides to cooperate.
