If you arrive early, consider exploring the historic Intramuros district on a self-guided walk, visiting landmarks like San Agustin Church or Fort Santiago. Meet the Batak Tribe—one of around 70 Indigenous communities in the Philippines—and, if the season allows, sample fresh fruit straight from the cashew trees.
