The day begins early, and to be honest, there is something magical about morning courts by the sea.
From 08:00 to 12:30, we have a full block of tennis sessions in small groups. You will be rotating through the courts, focusing on your technique, developing your consistency, and getting immediate feedback from the coaches.
At 08:30, breakfast is served between the sessions, grab something to eat, and get back on the courts.
At 13:00, the day slows down, and it is time to have lunch.
From 14:00 to 17:00, it is your turn to recharge, take some time to rest at the beach, by the pool, or join the light yoga sessions, and your body will thank you later.
In the evening, from 17:00 to 20:00, it is back on the courts for another round of training, and this is where everything starts to come together: better timing, more confidence, and longer rallies.
At 21:30, the day ends with dinner and a relaxed evening with the group.
