The accommodation listed in the day-by-day itinerary is provided as a guideline only and may occasionally be subject to change. On rare occasions, adjustments may be required due to limited availability at our preferred properties. When this happens, we will always provide accommodation of a similar standard.
Throughout the trip, we work with our accommodation partners to ensure rooms are ready upon arrival, especially in cases where we arrive earlier than standard check-in times. However, this cannot always be guaranteed. In such situations, luggage storage will be available, allowing you to explore your destination while waiting for rooms to become available. In some cases, shared day-use facilities may also be provided until check-in is possible.

The Old Town and major landmarks of Vilnius are within comfortable walking distance, making it an ideal starting point for your Baltic journey.
EurotourClub can assist with arranging an airport arrival transfer if booked in advance. Please provide your flight details at least 14 days prior to departure to ensure this service can be confirmed.
If you have booked an arrival transfer, your driver will meet you in the Arrivals Hall at Vilnius Airport (VNO) holding an Intrepid sign. The driver will wait for up to one hour after your flight lands. In the event of delays, flight changes, or difficulties at immigration or baggage claim, please contact the transfer provider directly at +370 5 260 8589.
Alternatively, taxis are available outside the airport terminal. The journey to the hotel takes approximately 20 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
